To ensure Allergy Buddy works smoothly on Android:
- Turn on the Internet, using either Wi-Fi connection or your mobile data plan.
- Enable location services by turning on the GPS signal.
- Allow app notifications and unrestricted battery use:
- Go to Settings.
- Tap Apps.
- Scroll down to Allergy Buddy and tap it. You will see a menu called "App info".
- Tap Notifications.
- Make sure that the toggle next to Show notifications is On.
- Go back to "App info" and scroll down.
