The Trends feature helps you understand how your symptoms relate to air quality, pollen levels, and medication use over time.
By comparing this information, you can identify patterns, recognize potential triggers, and see how your symptoms change under different environmental conditions.
To get started, tap Trends at the bottom of the Home screen.
Your symptom history appears on a graph. Use the timeframe options at the top of the screen to view your data by week, month, three months, or year.
The graph can show:
- Symptoms (orange)
- Air quality (blue)
- Pollen (green)
- Medication (purple)
Tap any option below the graph to show or hide it. This allows you to focus on the information you want to compare.
For example, you may notice that your symptoms increase when pollen levels are high or improve when you take your medication consistently.
Use the pollen selector below the graph to view specific tree, grass, or weed pollens, or the average level across all pollen types.
Under Symptoms, select Highest or Average to view your symptom severity.
Reviewing your Trends regularly can help you better understand your allergies and identify patterns.
